Firstly, you will need to register. You can do this by clicking on the link "Trader - Create an account", which you will find on the homepage in the left-hand margin.
Once you have completed the registration form, you are ready to place your order! Simply choose the items you require from our extensive range and add them to your basket. Once you have all the Lighting products you need, go to your basket and click on the green button to submit your order.
Shortly after you submit your order, one of our Sales Advisors will contact you, to confirm and check your order and take a payment. We will need payment upfront for your order, either by Credit or Debit Card, BACS or post us a cheque, made payable to Solo Lighting Solutions Ltd. Please note if you choose to pay by cheque, your goods will not be dispatched until the cheque has been processed. The good news is, once we receive payment for your first order, a 30 day Credit Account will be set up for you (subject to status). So in the future ordering your Lighting with Solo Lighting will be easy and hassle free, every time you order!
If you are already a Solo Lighting Customer, and you have ordered in the last 6 months, you will have a 30 day Credit Account set-up already. You will be invoiced for any orders that you place online, and full receipt of payment will be required within 30 days of the invoice date. If you have ordered from Solo Lighting before, but over 6 months ago, we will require upfront payment, and in this case one of our Sales Advisors will contact you. After the payment has been made, we will set-up a 30 day Credit Account for you (Subject to status) so that in future you will be invoiced for all your orders. See our terms and conditions.
